The authority will occupy ten of the 28 storeys of the building, which was developed by Austrian company S+B Gruppe, while the project itself has been owned by Commerz Real’s open-ended real estate fund HausInvest since 2014.
In concluding this lease agreement, Widok Towers is underlining its significance as an outstanding landmark building in the heart of the Polish capital.

Widok Towers, which has a total height of 95m, is situated on Al. Jerozolimskie opposite Metro Centrum. It comprises a leasable area of 34,800 sqm, of which 28,900 sqm is offices, 3,600 sqm on the first, ground and lower-ground floor is occupied by retail, services and catering establishments, and 1,800 sqm is storage space. It also features a lobby with ceilings 15m in height, along with a contact-free access system, green patios, 130 parking spaces and facilities for cyclists. Commerz Real and S+B Gruppe are seeking to obtain LEED ‘Platinum’ certification for the building.
