2.5 years after the start of construction works, the once inaccessible area between al. Jana Pawła II, along the roundabout of the Home Army Grouping "Radosław" and ul. Burakowska has undergone a metamorphosis. Designers were inspired by nature and the trend known as biophilic design. In the courtyard open to pedestrians and around the buildings, 200 mature trees and as many shrubs were planted. Another distinguishing feature is green terraces on the roofs, where recreational zones and a city garden were created.
The 120-meter high skyscraper offers 55,000 sq m. sq m of space, and the lower office buildings completed a year ago, another 23 thousand. sq m lease area. Forest's tenants include, among others Leroy Merlin, Infor PL, Puma, AmeriGas, Husqvarna, Vorwerk, Sweco, Enel-med clinic, Ala's kindergarten has a cat, and Gorało Polecam bakery.
Forest received BREEAM and WELL certificates. The design was made in the HRA Architekci studio.
